Measures for Seamless Shared Urban Mobility

Measures are policy actions, infrastructure changes, service rollouts, or regulatory shifts implemented by cities to impact how people move through urban spaces. Each measure falls under one of two strategic categories:

🔴 Push measures

Push measures are restrictions designed to discourage private car use and reduce car dominance in urban environments.

Monitoring measures around New Shared Mobility

From pre-implementation surveys to data driven impact analysis, here's how data flows through the SUM project.

    1. Before
      Baseline Survey
We start by collecting baseline mobility KPIs in each Living Lab before any interventions are applied. This includes modal share, user preferences, and transport accessibility data.
      Output: 🗂️ Initial KPI dataset
    2. During
      Measures Implementation
Each Living Lab implements push and pull measures. During this period, the ODP continuously gathers data on shared mobility usage and mobility infrastructure.
Output: 📊 Intervention logs, updated KPIs
    3. After
      Follow-up Survey
A second round of data collection measures changes in KPIs after interventions, assessing shifts in mobility behaviors and user feedback.
      Output: 🗂️ Post-intervention KPI dataset
    4. Reporting
      Insights and impact
The ODP compares results across cities and KPIs, visualizes outcomes, and offers impact models and decision tools for planners and stakeholders.
      Output: 📈 Dashboards, Decision Tools
